Hello! I’m Brandon Fieck,

Owner of Fieck Fitness LLC and a part time college minister with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at UWO. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where I developed a deep understanding of human movement and long-term health.

I launched Fieck Fitness to provide for my family while staying true to my core philosophy: exercise should build strength, resilience, and joy in everyday movement—without gimmicks or quick fixes.

My Approach

I specialize in strength and conditioning programs that adapt seamlessly to every age and fitness level. Using free weights and functional movements, I help clients move better, feel stronger, and build resistance to injury. Whether you’re a busy parent, a grandparent chasing grandkids, or a teen starting your fitness journey, my training is rooted in consistency, longevity, and real results that become a natural part of your lifestyle.
